Stork (Busel). A bird that, instead of singing, knocks with its huge beak, creating a sense of peace in the soul that everything will be alright. Its beak resembles a tool used for flax processing. The name 'busel' (stork) was given to a special well type. This bird was entrusted with the secret of bringing new souls into this world when it was said that the Stork brings children. Damaging a stork's nest or harming the bird has always been considered a bad omen. A bird elevated to the rank of Gods, revered since ancient times. It certainly knows something that we don't. That’s why its return to Belarus remains unchanged every spring.
